Conditions

• Rentals start on Saturday at 16h00 and finish at 10h00 (outside high winter/summer season the start and end dates may be flexible). The apartment must be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure - this allows time for the apartment to be cleaned and made ready for the following guests.
• It is unfortunately not practical for us to allow pets at the apartment.
• For safety reasons, (the chalet is constructed mainly of wood), and for the comfort of all guests, Apartment 1 Chalet Anpie is a NON SMOKING apartment.

Terms

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The booking is secure when the deposit has 'cleared' and the 'contract' has been signed. This will all be arranged by our local agent.
  
• Payment is required in Euro (€). This will be taken by our local agent.
  
• Heating and wood for the log-burning stove is included in the rental price.
• Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price as some guests prefer to bring their own. These can be rented from the local agent for a nominal fee.
  
• End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
  The cleaning includes dusting, sweeping & mopping the floors, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, emptying the dishwasher, and cleaning the wood burning stove.
  The cleaning does not include washing dirty dishes, emptying the rubbish bins or emptying the fridge.
  If the level of cleaning required is considered excessive then money will be held back from the security bond.
  
• French Tourist Tax is applicable to the week's rental and is included in the price.
• The full balance is required one month prior to the start date of the rental period
• A €500 security bond will be required to be held against missing items, damage and breakages - this will be taken by our local agents when the keys are handed to you and the initial inventory is carried out.
  
• The security bond will be returned after the final inventory check, less any deductions as appropriate (including any additional cleaning required), within 14 days of the end of the letting period (although you will normally get this back at the end of the rental period before you leave when you return the keys).
• In the event of cancellation then the following charges will apply based on the rental start date.
  
  
  • Up to 90 days before the rental period then the deposit will be returned 
  • Up to 60 days before the rental period then the deposit will be retained
  • Up to 30 days before rental period then 50% of the cost will be charged 
  • Up to 14 days before rental period then 100% of the cost will be charged
