Lift Passes

Prices can be found on the Grand-Massif website - here is some useful additional information.
  • All types of pass can be purchased at the kiosks at the base of all the main ski-lifts. Credit cards are accepted
  • Passes can be pre-ordered 'online' (no discounts) and this may save time during your holiday
  • There is a €3 supplement for the re-usable hands-free pass (refundable when you hand the pass back at the end of your holiday)
  • The ski-pass includes the use of the ski-buses that connect Sixt-Samoëns-Verchaix-Morillon and the local one that stops outside Chalet Anpie (click here for details)
Types of Ski-Pass
  • Grand Massif - covers the entire area. A six day pass is approximately €190
  • Massif - covers Samoëns, Morillon, Sixt but not Flaine
  • Beginner - access to nursery slopes until you are ready for something more adventurous

Equipment Rental

Samoëns has a wide range of rental shops and some allow on-line reservation which can save time during your holiday. It is worth checking the opening times (some are not always available when you want them) and also check if there are fees for changing equipment if it is not suitable.
